Damascus – Syria

 

Day 1:

Arrival International Damascus AirPort , Then Transfer to Your Hotel Check-in . Overnight in Damascus  

 

Day 2:

Breakfast at Hotel , Then Drive to Visit Damascus Starts with Tekkiye Mosque is a mosque complex in Damascus , It was built on the orders of Suleiman the Magnificent and designed by the architect Sinan between 1554 and 1560. Visit The National Museum is a large museum in the heart of Damascus, Syria. The most popular part of the museum is the Dura-Europos synagogue which dates back to the 2nd century and was reconstructed there. Old Market Hand Craft . Visit Azem Palace is a palace in Damascus, Syria which was originally built in 1750 as a residence for the Ottoman governor of Damascus As'ad Pasha al-Azem. The palace now houses the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions. The Ummayad Mosque { The Grand Mosque } is one of the largest and oldest mosques in the world. Located in one of the holiest sites in the old city of Damascus, it is of great architectural importance.  Then drive back to Hotel . Overnight in Damascus 

 

Day 3:

Breakfast at Hotel . Then Visit The Old & Modern Markets in Damascus . Hand Craft Market , Al-Hamidiyah Souq is the largest and the central souk in the Syria, located inside the old walled city of Damascus next to the Citadel. The souq starts at Al-Thawra street and ends at the Umayyad Mosque plaza. Al-Buzuriyah Souq  is a historical souk located to the east of the Umayyad Mosque inside the old walled city of Damascus, Syria. The souk is famous for its spices vendors, and the many historical khans located along it. Medhat Pasha Souq (also called Al-Taweel Souq) is a historical souk which forms the eastern half of the Street Called Straight inside the old walled city of Damascus. It was named after the Ottoman governor of Syria Mithat Pasha. Bab Tuma (Saint Thomas’s Gate) is the oldest borough of Damascus  itself the oldest city in the world, and owes its name to Thomas, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ. At Night Visit Mount Qasioun transliterated as Jabal Qasioun) is a mountain overlooking the city of Damascus, It has a range of restaurants, from which the whole city can be viewed. As the city expanded over the years, some districts have been established on the foot of the mountain. Drive back to Hotel . Overnight in Damascus

 

Day 4:

Breakfast at Hotel, going to the famous tourist Syrian places , Zabadany , Barada River, Een Elkhadra, Een Elfejah, Madaia , Bukeen Spring, and taking Lunch in Bloodan , returning to the hotel in evening . Overnight in Damascus

 

Day 5:

Breakfast at Hotel , Free Day at Leisure . Overnight in Damascus

 

Day 6:

Breakfast at Hotel & Check-out , Then Drive to The Airport For Final Departure ,,,
